A well done Private Dinner with Canapes and Cake as well.
In May 2017 I’ve had the privilege to serve and organize the Private Dinner for this Family in a lodge with self-catering kitchen. Was also a happy 70th Happy Birthday .
We Started with this Buffet of Canapes and Appetizer and some cocktails as well. As I studied and ran my previously business as cocktails bars in the 90 I can deliver private dinners with cocktails as well. and then we have had Dinner, and everybody has enjoyed even the little one

I served 2 starters, one soup and my homemade ravioli with ricotta and spinach,
and everybody has enjoyed even the little one.
At the end I provide the Cakes as well , as I’m a pastry chef as well, I can provide a superb cake , made from scratch like most of my dishes. I’m focused in delivery Uniques experiences where my guests can enjoy food without preservatives and chemicals flavourings.
