COOKED FROM SCRATCH, IN YOUR KITCHEN
I am Giuseppe — born on a farm outside Modena, and a chef for more than 35 years. I trained at Istituto Etoile in Italy and have spent the last fifteen years cooking across Scotland.
I do not arrive with trays of food prepared somewhere else. I cook in your kitchen, your lodge or your venue, from scratch, with fresh produce chosen for the season. Your menu is designed with you, around your guests and the occasion.
You sit with your guests. I take care of everything — including the washing up.
